Each individual is to be valued and treated as a person. God’s greatest attribute is love; therefore we always want to make one another feel loved. (John 3:16; Jeremiah 31:3).
Each one of God’s followers has a special place in the Body of Christ, chosen by God (1 Corinthians 12:13, 18; Romans 12:5).

Each believer must take responsibility for his/her own growth and function in the church (Ephesians 4:16). We believe that God has anointed each one of his followers to be a priest and therefore each person has a vital role to play in this regard (1 Peter 2:5). Every believer must minister, hear from God, and pursue his/her own calling in God. We honour the freedom that every believer has in Christ (Galatians 5:1, 13). Everyone is free to choose for themselves; we do not want to control or be controlled.
